I always go to Discount Tire if there is an issue with my tires. My experience on this day, (Monday, 01/20/2025). Was not part of the plan. I was told I had a flat; in which I did not feel it when I drove to Lab Corp. While entering my vehicle two guys on the passenger side said my front tire looked flat. The computer on the inside of the car was indicating Low Tire Pressure. I was angry due to a medical situation. So therefore I called my insurance company to have my car told to Discount Tire. Bottom line. I've had tire issues with my cars in the past 20 years. I had a 2003 Honda Accord and when tires were needed I went to Discount Tires. Even a worker at the Honda Dealership suggested I get my tires from Discount Tires instead of getting them from the Honda Dealership. With the cost of living; we all just have to get out priorities in order. Discount Tires is the BEST!

I was greeted before I made it across the parking lot. Quick, and attentive service. Although my wheel was damaged during a tire patch/repair, I was promised a replacement and will be back for that installation. I always recommend discount tire 10/10. Always the best service at the Sahara/Torrey Pines location. My wheels and tires are from discount tire and I recommend them for the customer service and amazing certificates/warranty.

Discount Tire is wonderful. The employees really try their best to help their customers. The prices are great and they do needed work in a timely manner.

Been to this mission twice, and both times have Lee me to make this my home store for my needs. As soon as I walked in was greeted by a staff, right away proceeded to help and get things going. Wait times are very good, seems like the guys in the garage are quick to get the cars in and out of there in a timely manner. No slacking from what I’ve seen. The place looks clean, even that bathrooms were clean. Lots of signs with info on them and any discounts going on at the moment. Nice seating in the waiting area. Definitely a well ran store by the staff in there.

Technician Nick is an excellent mechanic with customer satisfaction skills, you only have to ask once and he remembers your specific requests or concerns. The sales and service team at Discount tire work together for good customer service.

I would only recommend the store on Cheyenne and Simmons because they are only one of 2 stores offer alignment services
